Movietime: WCG Romania 2011 - 3 coverage movies

WCG Romania 2011 qualifiers are now over and  Airwalk Media proudly presents three coverage movies made by three different filmmakers.

WCG Romania is of course the romanian event where the qualifiers for the international World Cyber Games take place. For this year’s edition that was held from 6th to 7th of August, 32 teams battled from start, catching  IGG (IGotGame) and  Eq (Earthquake) in the final. IGG managed to win with 16-11, meaning that they will represent  Romania at Busan,  South Korea.

Now… having almost no room for creating a solid concept for what was about to become 3 coverage movies, our filmmakers, nevermoRe, s1dK and stecheru managed to create 3 astonishing movies in just a few days.

Nice indeed. This is what we have for you guys today. A new NICE release from  Airwalk Media, directed by the kreedz filmmaker mulder.

This film marks mulder’s first attempt at directing a classical CS 1.6 movie, a movie which turned out to be incredibly entertaining, we might say.
Focusing on sync, while creating a cozy atmosphere that manages to keep you hooked throughout the entire movie, the NICE factor turns into something special, worthy of your attention.

Happy Birthday Dragos !!!

Thanks for ruining the surprise, mr.  Dragos. What should I write now when you already know that I’m going to write something ? I don’t know how you pulled it off, but you’re really have some talent at these contra productive stuffs you are doing.

You imagine that I’m a little bit biased when it comes to whishes for Dragos, because for me, he is familly. As for the whishes, I only have one. MovieTime: ACL - Finala Sezonului 8

As the tradition says, every year Airwalk Media is producing an ACL (Arena Cyber League) season final movie, showing the best frags made at the LAN.

This year, the movie is directed by our filmmaker sky and it already premiered at the 9th season finale of ACL. If you haven’t got the chance to see it, watch it below and let us know what do you think.

MerVing and moron join our crew

Today we officialy announce that Airwalk Media signed with two new filmmakers.

Airwalk Media signs with Xtreme-Jumps.eu

After deciding to expand our area of interest into kreedz field, we come forward with another related news.

Not too long ago Airwalk Media signed a partnership with the official Kreedz community, Xtreme-Jumps.eu, partnership which gives us all the official XJ projects, video editing wise.

Soon after, we took in some fresh blood right from the heart of the kreedz filmmakers group, so we could handle the projects that had yet to come.

At the moment, the active kz filmmakers are:

The first project that was given to us, was the already famous Run of the Week (ROTW) series. We started doing them from the 35th edition, at the moment getting to 49th edition and it will keep on going.

The ROTW is made from the most appealing demo of the week that has been previously released. Every week at XJ is at least one demo release per week, and from all those demos, the admin staff gathers and votes for the one who they think it is worth giving it the title of the ROTW.

However, the 50th and 51st ROTWs will be made by non airwalk filmmakers (guest features), meaning that we will be seeing you again with the 52nd edition on 09.05.2011.

Eight Productions signs with Airwalk Media

The kreedz moviemaking scene is beginning to take shape. More and more moviemakers are starting to learn basic programs just so they can start moviemaking. Many of them developed their skills in such a short time, that the audience is amazed of what they can do nowadays.

Since  Airwalk Media is getting more and more into the Kreedz scene, we are starting to be interested in many filmmakers that are doing Kreedz movies. We see a lot of talents, many people getting to know Sony Vegas and other moviemaking programs at a young age, things which make us happy, thinking that moviemaking has a future. This is what everybody wants to be sure of, that the spark hasn’t died yet.

Lately, a new crew called  Eight Productions, consisting of 4 filmmakers started to shake things up in Kreedz scene, thing which made us focus our attention for some time towards their work. We didn’t have to watch them too much, because we realized they have potential and that they deserve a place from where they can promote the Kreedz scene more easily and from where they can be noticed.
