distwau returns to Airwalk Media

While everyone was wondering what happened to distwau since he disappeared from the picture, leaving no trace behind, Airwalk Media comes forward today with fresh news about him.

A little while ago, Airwalk Media was the center of some controversial discussions regarding the leaving of their former designer.

Asked about this, Airwalk’s CEO stated:

We cannot uncover all that happened in the past and this is why I cannot say much about this so called conflict. All I can do is to assure the audience that what happened in the past stays in the past. We have only positive thoughts regarding the future and everyone involved in Airwalk Media project is working hard to fulfill them.

You can realise now that nobody did anything on purpose. After great stress gathered from daily hard work, things start to collapse sooner or later.

Coming back to the original story, distwau was brought back because of his wonderful artist skills and for the great things that he is able to do in certain programs, such as Adobe Photoshop. No one ever doubted his capability for designing and for this very reason he had to come back one day.

Airwalk Media also sat down with distwau, to see what he has to say. This is what he stated :

I am glad to come back to Airwalk Community with new ideas and maybe even better ones than before. As I can see, there are many new colleagues, but fortunately for me, I know most of them. I hope to do a good job and not disappoint my “boss” aka KrieppeN. Thank you Airwalk and hope for the best.

s1dK returns to Airwalk Media

One of the Airwalk’s moviemakers who stood united with us approximately 2 years ago, in one of our worse period, has come back once again to be a helping part in the days that are ahead of us.

Nedelca “s1dK” Laurentiu Iulian will be replacing our old member Swp, whose services are no longer needed within our team. Sandu ‘Swp’ Andrei has been totally removed from Airwalk Media’s staff due to his lack of interest in continuing the journey with us and because at one point he would have been just another burden to carry on our shoulders.

s1dK was brought in Airwalk Media in the year of 2007 from our rival community, IGG-Studios. In that time he was a young moviemaker, eager to experience anything that can be experienced. He had a different style than the others, always trying to move away from the ordinary, thing which made us feel like he has a place in Airwalk crew.

The head honcho of Airwalk Media, Dragos “KrieppeN” Karner explained his decision of bringing back s1d :

s1dK?! Was a good filmmaker and he’s a great 3D developer but he had a bad temper in the past that made me cut the collaboration between Airwalk and him. Because we’re not living in the past, the misunderstandings we had won’t affect the future. That’s why I see a brightful Airwalk with some major changes in near future. Follow us on Twitter and stay updated! You’d be surprised how many things will come up!

s1dK told Airwalk-Media.com some words about his arrival in his new team:

We both know that your previous departure from Airwalk wasn’t really made in a peaceful way. We had our misunderstandings and for this reason I’m sure that both Airwalk Media and you have some regrets. How do you view that situation now ? Is it all history for you ?

I’m sorry for that understanding in the past, but that was something minor and I don’t look in the past, so it’s history for me. Now I hope we will understand each other better and that we will do lot of things together. I’m glad to be back at Airwalk community.

You sure said it all. When you first saw our offer, which was the first thing it poped into your mind ?

I thought the time has come to try again to work for something, not just for me and to use my knowledge to help again.

Have you ever thought that a day when you will work in Airwalk Media will come again ?

Honestly I never thought or even hoped to be back in Airwalk Media or in another community because I was just fine alone. So for now, let’s see what will happen this time.

What do you hope to accomplish with your returning ? You have big plans, crazy projects or you will take everything at a time ?

This is short a one. I want to give all the best of me.

Any final thoughts you would like to share ?

Hmm yes. There is something I want … :P I want to make my own logo with Airwalk :> if that is possible :))
